      INSTRUCTIONS

      Substituting one daily meal of an energy restricted diet with a meal replacement contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. / Substituting two daily meals of an energy restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss. It is important to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

      Make sure to drink sufficiently (min. 2-3 litres of water a day). The product is only useful for the intended use as part of an energy-restricted diet, in which other foodstuffs should be a necessary part of such diet.

      Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
