      DIRECTIONS OF USE

      Take 2 capsules approx ½ hour before a meal together with plenty of water (max. 6 capsules daily).

      INSTRUCTIONS

      The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 capsules 3 times a day (in total: 6 capsules/3 g Glucomannan a day) together with 1-2 glasses of water and in the context of an energy-restricted diet. Always consume the capsules whole and together with plenty of water to avoid clogging the esophagus and trachea. This especially applies for people with swallowing difficulties.
