Should not be used for more than 8 weeks, or repeatedly for shorter periods than this, by healthy overweight or obese adults without the advice of a healthcare professional. Should not be used by pregnant or lactating women, adolescents or by individuals suffering from a medical condition without the advice of a healthcare professional. It is important to consume all 6 servings a day. If the product is used in accordance with the instructions for use, the entire daily amount of all essential nutrients are fully covered. Always ensure adequate daily fluid intake.
